Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Plant Care During Transit All plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. We use protective packaging materials to secure plants during shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Issues with Delivery If you experience any issues with your delivery or your plants arrive damaged, please contact us at gowlersplants@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
